Due to an unexpected absence in our client schools Computing department, there is a need for a qualified Computer Science teacher to join them on a full time basis and take full departmental responsibility for a timetable.

Situated on the border of Oldham and Rochdale, our client school has solid transport links and excellent parking facilities making it easily accessible. The school is well reputable in the Oldham area and is currently over-subscribed with 1200 plus students currently on roll. Since the appointment of the new Head, there have been a number of targeted changes which have led to a raise in overall attainment across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school was designed as a Centre of Excellence and students are able to fully access the school wide curriculum.

Requirements of this post;

- PGCE or Schools Direct with Computer Science specialism

- UK QTS (NQTs welcome to apply)

- Experience teaching AQA Computer Science new spec would be advantageous
