Computer Science Teacher- Wigan

Teaching Personnel have been approached by one of our partner schools in the Wigan area to recruit for a Computer Science Teacher to start from February 2018. This is an exciting opportunity for a Computer Science Teacher to join a school on its way to Outstanding.

This role is to cover an upcoming planned absence within the IT department and is required to start as soon as possible. This is initially a one term vacancy until the end of the academic year.

Information about the school-

In its most recent Ofsted report, the pupil's behaviour and attitudes to learning were particularly highlighted as good. This allows for effective teaching to take place with minimal disruption across the whole school.

The IT department consists of a dedicated team who strive to continually improve results year on year. The incoming teacher will join an experienced team who work coherently to ensure Computer Science and IT are subjects that their pupils enjoy studying and make it accessible for all regardless of ability level.

The school located close the East Lancashire Road near the areas of Tyldesley and Astley. This offers excellent accessibility to the surrounding areas with Ashton-in-Makerfield and the areas of Salford only a short drive away.
