We now have an exciting opportunity for a new branch manager with a passion for education to join our business in London Bridge.
We're looking for experienced education recruiters, or those from a similar background in other sectors to join our expanding branch network and provide the leadership, direction and skills that will help take our dedicated team of consultants to the next level.
The successful applicant will take a lead role for the SEN Schools sector within our London Bridge Location, benefiting from both an established client relationship base and great potential for future growth. You will also be supported by a growing team of dedicated, passionate and talented consultants.
You may already be a successful branch manager looking for further development and progression or a Senior Consultant who is ready to take the next step in your career. A generous package is also on offer for the successful candidate, including a competitive salary, performance related commission scheme and eligibility to join our management share scheme. There are regular company-wide, regional and personal incentive rewards as well as a host of other lifestyle benefits such as discounted gym membership and retail shopping discounts.
Applications are particularly welcomed from recruiters who want to be part of a company who are looking to raise standards in professional recruitment and who wish to make a difference by partnering and supporting the education sector with the provision of quality services.
