Overview of the Role
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a 1 form entry C of E Primary School on the outskirts of Blackburn (BB2), the school are looking for a Y1/2 Class Teacher to work from January, five days per week. The class is very mixed ability therefore you will have at least one Level 3 Teaching Assistant in the class. This role is to start in January 2018, covering a planned absence until Summer 2018 at least. If all goes well, the Head teacher may find a permanent role for you from September 2018 in an alternative year group.
Head teacher's Statement
"I am currently looking for a motivated KS1 Teacher to come and teach our Y1/2 class made up of 29 pupils. Our staff in school are supportive and work closely together to create best practice; we are looking for someone who is able to contribute to that and fit in well with the team. This role is covering long-term sickness leave, I have close links with other schools in the area, and therefore if you thrive in school I will be recommending you to other schools, or if possible, I will try and find you a suitable role in our school."

We are able to offer a number of CPD Opportunities to Teachers who register with us and we are interested in constantly up-skilling Teachers that are registered with us. CPD courses include; Team Teach, Autism Awareness, PREVENT DUTY and Safeguarding and Child Protection Level 1 and 2.
