Job description

A friendly and welcoming school based in Bristol is looking for an experienced educator to join them as a part time PPA Teacher until the end of the academic year.

The school boasts a diverse and inclusive learning environment, focusing on each individual needs of the pupils and ensuring they can reach their full potential.

This role will require having a strong background within KS2, as it will involve covering a KS2 class in the morning, whilst running small groups in the afternoon.

This role would be fantastic for any educators that are seeking part time teaching opportunities and would be for three days per week.

The successful candidate will have:

  • UK qualified teacher status
  • Experience of covering KS2 classes
  • ECTs are welcome to apply for this role
  • Be able to differentiate content for pupils with SEND
  • Have good behaviour management
  • Be able to utilise formative and summative assessment to maximise pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
