Behavioural Teaching Assistants Required

Teaching Personnel are working with local authorities to support pupils in care with in school emotional support. Roles are available on a full time and part-time basis depending on the child's needs. We're looking for dedicated professionals that will work alongside key school staff to reduce levels of unauthorised absence and improve levels of attendance and behaviour. You will undertake structured and agreed learning activities/learning programmes, taking into consideration pupil learning styles. You'll be expected to challenge and motivate pupils, promoting and reinforcing self-esteem alongside providing levels of individual pastoral support to pupils.

The pupils you will be supporting will have come from difficult backgrounds and its imperative staff working alongside these children exhibit a nurturing nature, giving the child the opportunity to develop emotionally and academically.
