Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for new graduates who are looking at perusing a career in education. We need these experienced individuals to work in a behavioural setting based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support and progress children within an educational setting who suffer from a range of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties. As well as this, some children may have some SEN needs such as ASC and ADHD.

The school is looking for a passionate individual to create change and bring enthusiasm to assist pupils in their day to day learning and routines. You will have a desire to work with young people and aim to make a real difference to a child’s life. We also look forward to hearing from graduates who have a degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Sports, Criminology, Social Work or Educational based studies. We also welcome graduates that have had experience working with challenging behaviour in either education or non educational settings. Experience of working with challenging behaviour is desirable, and any extra qualifications such as Team Teach are highly desirable.

We are looking for hard working and committed individuals who would be confident and happy working with challenging pupils in an educational setting. It is essential that you have experience in the following:

• Recent graduate in Social Work, Education, Sports, Psychology or any relevant subject

• Firm understanding of the social, emotional and mental health needs of young people

• Be proactive and resilient to the nature of the role

The range of pay will vary from between £60 to £90 a day dependant on experience.
