Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Support Workers with experience in supporting students with SEMH and ASC (Autistic Spectrum Conditions) in Key Stages 1-4. You must have at least 6 months previous experience of working with SEN in an educational capacity. Successful applicants will possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills and will be comfortable supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis in a classroom environment.

A DBS registered on the update Service is essential for the role but can be obtained before a start date.

You will need a supportive and engaging personality and have a desire to make a difference to children's education and have an extensive knowledge and experience working with children who have Special Education Needs. There are opportunities for both day to day supply and long term positions and there are now several opportunities for those looking for work in the Hull and East Riding Areas.
