Job description

The Head Teacher of a small 'Good' Primary School in a village situated on the outskirts of Gainsborough are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil in Year 5. The role is to start as soon as possible and is a full time position for a minimum of 1 term.

The suitable Teaching Assistant would:

  • Posses a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have relevant school based experience supporting pupils with SEN/behaviour
  • Have a proven track record of building relations with both students and staff
  • Have access to own mode of transport or good public transport links

What Teaching Personnel can offer:

  • Daily rates of between £54-£70 a day
  • Refer a friend scheme with a £50 bonus for each staff member referred to Teaching Personnel after that individual works
  • Opportunities of continuous professional development with a wide range of additional training available including safeguarding and prevent duty training
