One thing is certain and that is that schools will reopen and when they do there will be a strong need for support staff. These supportive roles will include that of a behaviour buddy predominantly as well as 1:1 SEN TA’s and SEMH support. This child can become quite frustrated and can act out when they struggle to communicate. This child also suffers with anxiety and has low self-esteem and therefore can be quite and reserved. • Who is committed and reliable individual
  • Passionate about helping children exceed expected levels
  • Has experience working with behaviour or people who can act out
  • Extremely resilient

  • Engaging and calming in order to keep the child focussed and calm throughout the day
