The Candidate
- Experience supporting pupils between 5-11 (School based experience is desired but not necessary)
- Proactive
- Excellent Behaviour Management
- Excellent role model

- Reliable and flexible
- Resilient
- A background in sports is desirable however, not essential.
- Minimum of 5 A*-C in GCSE's
These roles are suitable for those that are experienced, as well as those that seek a long-term career in Education. Behaviour support specialists come from a variety of backgrounds, if you have experience working in Pupil Referral Units, Social Work and Sport's Clubs we encourage you to apply!
