We are looking for a Behaviour specialist to support children and young people who have been removed from mainstream education. These roles are working all day from 8:30-3:30 monday-friday.

The school are looking for candidates who have:

  • Extensive SEN experience
  • Worked with pupils with challenging behaviours
  • Have relevent qualifications and experiences
  • Team Teach trained
  • Worked within education
  • Outdoor education qualifications

These roles may require you to go out on different activities with the children to engage them with different curriculum based learning set out for their individual needs. This requires the candidates to be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.

A DBS is needed in child workforce only. As part of our vetting requirements your DBS needs to be on the Update Service. If you do not have either of these then do not hesitate to contact us as we can help you to go through the application process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
