Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Until July 2026 (with potential extension for the 2026/27 academic year)
Pay: £172.98 – £238.95 per day (paid to scale)

Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across KS3 and KS4

Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum

Monitor and support student progress to ensure positive outcomes

Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school policies

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Have experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 level
-
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

Be committed to raising attainment and supporting student development

Be adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic

Competitive daily pay in line with the teacher pay scale (£172.98 – £238.95)

Opportunity to secure a longer-term position through to July 2026

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
