Do you have a passion for supporting those pupils in the education system who need it the most?
Starting in September, popular and vibrant secondary school have made plans to focus more on pastoral support across the school. As a result, the school wish to appoint a strong and committed Behaviour Mentor who is able to support those pupils who are harder to reach, with behaviour management and boosting their educational engagement.
This is a truly rewarding position for someone with a background working with challenging behaviour to make a huge difference to pupils futures.
Your role as a Behaviour Mentor will require you provide extra support to identified pupils who are at higher risk of being excluded, in smaller groups or on a 1:1 basis. You will act as a positive learning role model for pupils and so the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar setting e.g schools. youth work, coaching, scouts/guides or social care.

- September 2020 to December 2020 in the first instance - likely to become permanent
- Earning GBP1300 per month.
