What You’ll Do

• Lead classes of students aged 11–16 in the absence of their teachers
• Deliver pre-planned lesson materials
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
• Support students with additional needs where required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
• Confidence managing a classroom
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for supporting young learners
• SEN experience (desirable, but not essential)
