Teaching Personnel are proud to partner with an outstanding all-boys SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Horsham, searching for dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentors to join their team.
Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who need it most? This role involves supporting learners with SEMH needs, many of whom have experienced childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and may exhibit challenging behaviour. Your patience, empathy, and ability to build trusting relationships will be pivotal in helping these young people thrive academically and emotionally.

Requirements:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
