This specialist school offers a vibrant, supportive setting for pupils on the autistic spectrum, many of whom are high-functioning and excel in both creative and academic subjects—from Art and Music to Science and Maths.

As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping students unlock their potential, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress in and beyond the classroom.

• Have patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs

• Have experience in education, childcare, coaching, or youth work—or have studied a related subject and are eager to put your skills into practice
