Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a range of SEN schools across Woodley, Wokingham and Bracknell, and we are currently recruiting committed and compassionate education staff to support pupils with a wide range of special educational needs.
We are recruiting for:

Teaching Assistants

Qualified Teachers
About the roles
You will be working in specialist SEN settings supporting children and young people with a variety of needs, including:
-
Autism (ASC)
-
ADHD
-
SEMH
-
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
-
Physical, sensory and complex needs
Some roles may involve personal care, depending on the setting and the needs of the pupils. Full guidance, training and support will be provided where required.
Positions are available on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
What we’re looking for

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN

Experience in SEN or care settings is desirable but not essential
-
A patient, empathetic and flexible approach
-
Relevant qualifications (for teachers) or transferable experience (for support roles)
-
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
