The school in Slough are currently looking for Specialist Teaching Assistants and Teaching Assistants.

Through Teaching Personnel we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, energetic and resilient people to join our current team of staff for September 2018 who are committed to improving the lives of their students. You will work as part of a team in a warm, homely environment where students are supported and able to experience a wide range of activities that encourage independence and acceptable behaviour in line with behaviour plans.

Minimum Requirements - Any relevant SEN/Autism experience or qualifications is desired, however not essential so please still apply.

• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate good behaviour management strategies - A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve their best potential - Dedication to the needs of all your pupils, working with other staff members to offer emotional and academic support - A Child Only DBS on the Update Service, or one done through Teaching Personnel - Good interpersonal skills and confidence - Punctual and reliable - Enjoys a challenge

Candidates are required to work full time 8.30am-15.30pm.
