Teaching Personnel is a leading Education consultancy working in collaboration with Primary Schools in across Lancashire to recruit Graduates seeking work now and for the 2019/20 Academic year. Our Future Teachers programme allows you not only to secure employment as a teaching assistant following the completion of your degree, but it is a clear and concise pathway onto a school based initial teacher training programme.
Teaching Personnel are dedicated to working alongside Schools to providing a high calibre of staff. Being a part of the Teaching Personnel Team grants you access to an extensive CPD programme and a highly supportive consultation team to ensure that your next role is the right role for you!
The Primary Schools in West Lancashire are seeking Graduates to a variety of roles in school including:
- General Class Support
- SEN Aupport
- Booster/intervention sessions
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Teaching Personnel are committed to supporting the successful candidate with their progression onto their Initial Teacher Training qualification should you be interested in following a career in education. The suitable candidate will have a Bachelors degree and shows a keen interest in working with children. Although no specific experience is necessary, candidates considering this role should be able to clearly demonstrate enthusiasm to work in schools, ability to take direction and a committed attitude towards their own self development. The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Desirable pay rates - £9.50-£11.50 per hour
- Variety of positions available to suit availability - Full time, part time, flexible work
