We are currently recruiting a strong Teaching Assistant to support young people of a Primary age with extremely challenging behaviour.

Our client, based in Rumney, Cardiff, is looking for a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis to support pupils on a one to one basis but also undertake some classroom based responsibilities. The ideal person will need to have an Recent experience working with challenging behaviour. Team Teach is desirable, although not essential as Teaching Personnel offer a CPD experience days and training.

You will need to have experience with Primary aged pupils or have supported young people from vulnerable and challenging backgrounds. The successful candidates will need to know how to deal with difficult situations, remain calm under pressure and would be able to build a good rapport with pupils.
