Here at Teaching Personnel we are currently recruiting for 2 full time ABA Tutors to work at a Special Educational Needs school in the Maidenhead area. The school is a provision for children and young people with Autism focusing on each individual pupils potential.

The school follow applied behaviour analysis (ABA) with the aim to help each pupil that leaves school to progress into training, employment or further education. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing school on a full time basis.

The ideal applicant will:

• Have a can-do attitude with a desire to commit to further training

• High energy levels to work at a fast pace

• Be committed to learning and developing ABA

• Ideally have experience on working with children and/or adults with special needs

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
