Support Student Success in Rochester

Flexible Tutoring That Builds Confidence and Skills

TP Tutors is expanding in Rochester and is seeking enthusiastic SEN Tutors to deliver tailored, one-to-one tuition to students who need additional support outside the traditional classroom.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Rochester and nearby areas
Working Pattern: Flexible (part-time/full-time options available)

Your Impact

You’ll help students re-engage with education and gain the confidence to move forward.

  • Deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to each learner
  • Support a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage positive learning habits and self-confidence
  • Build meaningful relationships that support progress
  • Provide tuition in homes or suitable local settings

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in working with young people (education, youth work, care, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of English and maths fundamentals
  • Willingness to travel within Rochester and surrounding areas
  • Calm, reliable, and adaptable approach
  • Strong focus on safeguarding and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
