TP Tutors is building a strong team of SEN Tutors in Gillingham to deliver personalised, one-to-one support for learners who need a different approach. This role is about more than teaching—it’s about rebuilding confidence, unlocking potential, and creating meaningful change.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Gillingham and surrounding areas
Working Pattern: Flexible (part-time and full-time available)

What You’ll Be Doing

Every session you deliver will be tailored, focused, and impactful. 

  • Design sessions that adapt to individual learning styles
  • Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Break down barriers to learning through patience and creativity
  • Build trust that helps students re-engage with education
  • Deliver tuition in homes or appropriate community settings

  • Strong grasp of English and maths fundamentals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
