TP Tutors is seeking passionate SEN Tutors in Chatham to support students who benefit from personalised, one-to-one education. This is a fulfilling opportunity to help young people re-engage with learning and achieve their potential in a supportive, flexible role.


Role: SEN Tutor

Location: Chatham and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available


Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver structured, engaging tuition sessions tailored to individual learners
  • Support a range of additional needs, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage both academic development and emotional wellbeing
  • Establish positive, consistent relationships that build trust and motivation
  • Deliver sessions within home or local community settings

About You

  • Experience in education, tutoring, or youth support
  • Confident teaching core subjects at an appropriate level
  • Based in or able to travel across Chatham
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
