SEN Tutor Role – Bournemouth

TP Tutors is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors in Bournemouth to deliver personalised, one-to-one support for learners who thrive outside the traditional classroom setting.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – choose sessions that suit your schedule

Your Role
You’ll be helping young people rediscover confidence in learning by adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons
  • Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage progress
  • Break down barriers to learning in a calm, supportive way
  • Work in home environments or community-based settings

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience working with children or young people in SEN setting
  • Solid understanding of English, Science and maths fundamentals
  • A calm, flexible, and empathetic approach
  • Ability to travel locally within Bournemouth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
