Teaching Personnel are looking for a number of 1:1 learning support mentors to work with pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviours. These positions are full time working from 8:30-3:30, Monday-Friday (Term time only).

These positions are supporting pupils who need additional support with there education and SEMH. A lot of their timetable have various activities based both on and off the site to encourage positive behaviours and relationships. This means that the ideal candidate must be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.

The ideal applicant will have prior experience working in the classroom and have the ability to support children and teenagers with SEN; in particular those with Autism, Asperger's, Social Emotional & Mental Health or behavioural issues.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experiences and qualifications to support the roles. If you have Team Teach or MAPA qualifications then please make us aware.

A DBS is needed in child workforce only. As part of our vetting requirements your DBS needs to be on the Update Service. If you do not have either of these then do not hesitate to contact us as we can help you to go through the application process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
