Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an EYFS enthusiast who is dedicated to educating and supporting the development of young pupils. If you are final year student or newly qualified teacher looking to complete your NQT year then this is the right school for you.

The welcoming school based in New Eltham is looking to add to their team for the next academic year. This is a lovely and welcoming two-form entry school rated ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED in 2018.

The school is filled with bright and energetic students and as a Reception Teacher, you be will expected to deliver interacting, organised lessons with the skill to think fast on your feet as well as implementing a well-structured lesson plan. The Headteacher and members of SLT are very supportive and are especially keen to appoint an NQT with the means of providing continuous support, training and CPD.

The school is looking to conduct virtual interviews starting on 1/06/2020.

Early Year NQT Requirement:

  • Experience working in Early Years
  • Ability to deliver fun and creative lessons that also challenge and develop learning
  • Be committed to the schools objectives and ethos
  • A detailed understanding of the UK EYFS curriculum
  • 2 ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ reference
  • Ability to commit to a the school for the year
  • Holder of a DBS that is on the Update Service. (Or willing to apply for a new one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
