My name is Josh and I am a Branch Manager and Team-Teach Tutor at Teaching Personnel. I have been with the company since 2016. At Teaching Personnel, I have supported SEN Schools, Pupil Referral Units and Specialist Schools for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
Before joining Teaching Personnel, I attended Liverpool Hope University, gaining a 2:1 degree in Sport and Biomedical Science. Once I had finished University I decided that I wanted to work with children and young people, so I went to work for a company called Challenger Sports. The company would send you to various locations in The United States to plan and deliver football coaching sessions to children from the ages of 4 to 16 years old.
I eventually joined Teaching Personnel as a Teaching assistant, working in a number of SEN Schools around the Bury and Bolton area, I then finally went on to become a Recruitment Consultant for Teaching Personnel, I wanted to offer the same opportunities to others who came from a similar background. I now thoroughly enjoy speaking to schools and providing them with staffing solutions when they have any requirements.
