Teaching Personnel are working with a Christian school in the Newham and Tower Hamlets area to find a nurturing and caring teacher to take over their Year 6 class. The post is full time and the post holder will be required to start as soon as possible. NQTs are welcome to apply although more experienced candidates will be favoured.
You will be supporting students to achieve their best and encouraging them to ignore perceived limits. The pupils are respectful and eager to learn. There is a strong ethos of inclusivity with the pupils encouraged to appreciate the differences between them and the ways that leads to a wonderful diverse community. The school is committed to enabling children to develop to their full potential both intellectually and spiritually.
The school is a Christian school and seeks to provide education in a caring Christian environment. There is strong involvement with the local community, particularly in providing the context of Christian worship to the learning environment. The successful candidate will receive great support as they start in the role and from then on from both the school and the local community.
All candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and register with the onine update service- full assistance with this can be provided by Teaching Personnel as part of the registration process.
