Year 4 teacher wanted for Gosport School

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Primary school in the Chichester area who require a Year 4 teacher to to start at the school for a September start. You will be required to work until the end of the Academic year 2020.

Due to the nature of the class you will need to have previous experience and feel confident to deal with challenging behaviour.

The school are looking for someone who:

• Clearly demonstrates the enthusiasm, flair and ability to plan creative and inspiring learning experiences that enable children to make securely good progress
• Has excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum and can demonstrate an ability to plan effective sequences of learning
• Consistently delivers good quality teaching and works collaboratively with others to continuously improve the outcomes for all children
• Is able to demonstrate a good understanding of assessment pedagogy and uses data effectively to inform planning and support pupil progress
• Is kind, caring and actively committed to removing the barriers to learning so that all children in their care are able to achieve and succeed.
• Is able to establish excellent relationships with children through the use of positive behaviour management skills.
• Is proactive, resilient and has high aspirations in all aspects of school life
• Is willing to take a full and active role in the whole life of the school.
