SEN Primary School | Horley
Monday – Friday | 8:15am – 4:45pm
Full-Time Position

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of young learners?

We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive SEN primary school in Horley. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and personally.

The Role

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils within the classroom
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and participation in learning activities
Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and communication development
Working closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary support team
Helping to create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment where every child can succeed

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs is essential
✅ Experience working within a school or classroom environment
✅ A calm, patient, and caring approach to supporting pupils
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
