Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role this September? We are working with a number of welcoming specialist SEN schools across the Guildford area that are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
Every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs in a nurturing, specialist environment.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.

Support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other complex learning needs.

Encourage independence, communication, confidence and positive behaviour.

Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
What We're Looking For:
-
Previous experience working within an SEN school is essential.
-
A patient, resilient and proactive approach.
-
Confidence supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs.
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
-
Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
