Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role this September? We are working with a number of welcoming specialist SEN schools across the Guildford area that are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

Every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs in a nurturing, specialist environment.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.

• Support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other complex learning needs.

• Encourage independence, communication, confidence and positive behaviour.

• Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.

• Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working within an SEN school is essential.

• A patient, resilient and proactive approach.

• Confidence supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
