Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Year 3 Teacher/KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming Catholic primary school based in Wareham. Starting in September 2019, this is a fantastic opportunity to teach at a top Dorset school. The school is looking for a KS2 teacher with previous experience teaching the British curriculum. The successful Year 3 Teacher will be covering maternity, which will initially entail a transition time of working closely with the current teacher with small group work and PPA cover.

In order to be considered for this role, the Year 3 Teacher / KS2 Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree with QTS
  • Proven experience teaching the UK, or an equivalent, curriculum
  • NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply?
  • Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
