Year 1 Teacher – Full Time | September Start

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming 1-form entry primary school in the BL6 area. This is a full-time position starting in September.

  • Location: BL6 area
  • Start Date: September
  • Pay Rate: £120 – £210 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Contract Type: Full-time
  • Year Group: Year 1
  • School Type: 1-form entry primary school

Candidate Requirements:

  • Phonics experience is essential (the school uses Red Rose, but experience with other schemes is acceptable)
  • Must have experience teaching or working within EYFS, Year 1, or Year 2
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply if they meet the above criteria
  • Fully qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for early learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
