Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and creative lessons for Year 1 pupils
• Track pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Build a safe, inspiring, and inclusive classroom environment
• Differentiate teaching to support learners of all abilities
• Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to wider school life
• Engage in ongoing professional development and whole-school initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
• Ability to plan effective, differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Confident use of technology to support learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
