The Role

• Full-time teaching position in Year 1
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
• Assess, track, and support pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential
• Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team
• Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where all children feel safe, supported, and valued

About You

✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Have experience in KS1, ideally within Year 1
✅ Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
✅ Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for early learning
✅ Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and styles
