Year 1 Primary Teacher – Moston
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Full-Time
Are you a committed and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for nurturing young learners? Teaching Personnel is proud to support a warm, inclusive primary school in Newton Heath, now seeking an inspiring Year 1 Teacher to join their team from February 2026.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape children’s early learning in a school that celebrates creativity, teamwork, and high-quality education.
About the Role
• Full-time Year 1 teaching position
• Plan and deliver engaging, imaginative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Track, assess, and support pupil progress to help every child succeed
• Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider staff team
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
What We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience in KS1 teaching—experience in Year 1 is ideal
✅ Confident classroom management and strong organisational skills
✅ A passion for inspiring young minds and building a love for learning
✅ Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of needs and learning styles
