Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Moston, seeking an inspiring Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping early education within a school that values creativity, collaboration, and high-quality teaching.
The Role
- Full-time teaching position in Year 1
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
- Assess, track, and support pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team
- Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where all children feel safe, supported, and valued
About You
✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Have experience in KS1, ideally within Year 1
✅ Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
✅ Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for early learning
✅ Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and styles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
