Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Moston, seeking an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

The Role

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
  • Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel valued and supported
  • Monitor, assess, and track student progress to ensure all learners reach their full potential
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil development
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community

About You

The successful candidate will have:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

✅ Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1

✅ Strong classroom management and organisational skills

✅ A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning

✅ The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

✅ A commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment
