Full-Time Year 1 Teacher – Warm & Inclusive Primary School in Wythenshawe (January 2026 Start)

Are you a passionate Key Stage 1 educator seeking your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe, currently looking to appoint a full-time Year 1 Teacher to join their dedicated team from January 2026.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: January 2026

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Year 1 curriculum
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, tailoring learning to individual needs
  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom culture
  • Working closely with colleagues and school leadership
  • Participating in ongoing professional development

About You – Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Confident in differentiating instruction to support diverse learners
  • Has a solid understanding of the national curriculum
  • Communicates effectively and works well within a team
  • Comfortable using technology to enhance learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
