Full-Time Year 1 Teacher – Supportive Primary School in Wythenshawe (Immediate Start)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking for your next opportunity in Key Stage 1? Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe, currently seeking a full-time Year 1 Teacher to join their team immediately.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Year 1 curriculum
  • Track and assess pupil progress, adapting lessons to meet individual needs
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and school leadership
  • Take part in ongoing professional development to support your teaching practice

About You – The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably in Year 1
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Be confident differentiating instruction to suit all learners
  • Have a solid grasp of the national curriculum
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be confident using technology to enhance learning
