Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Irlam (March Start)
Are you a passionate and committed teacher seeking your next fulfilling role?
Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with a warm, inclusive primary school in Irlam to recruit a full-time Year 1 Teacher. This position begins in March and runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons for Year 1 pupils
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
- Contributing to school initiatives and taking part in ongoing professional development
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience preferred)
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Ability to plan effective lessons for mixed‑ability groups
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Confident use of technology to enhance learning
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal abilities
