Y3 Teacher

The Head Teacher of a larger than average GOOD Primary School in Preston have approached Teaching Personnel in order to source a Y3 teacher to join their wonderful school from September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teacher who is passionate about making a difference every day within the classroom. 

The School: The school is located in the Fulwood area of Preston. The Head Teacher is a well driven and committed leader who ensures all staff in school are well supported and led to raising standards in the classroom. The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who has:

• A proven teaching ability.
• The ability to build excellent relationships with staff, parents and of course, pupils!
• An excellent work ethic.
• Good organisational skills.
• Behaviour is currently graded good, therefore somebody who is confident upholding these standards and following whole school policies.
• Experience of teaching pupils in Lower KS2.

The role: The role is to commence from 1^st September 2024. This role will be initially covering maternity leave in Y3. The expectation is that the successful applicant will take up the role on a full-time basis and be expected to plan, deliver and assess the KS2 Curriculum tailored to the pupils within the class.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
