Job Title: Year 3 class teacher

Location: Blackpool, Lancashire (FY3)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Start date: 3rd June 2024, 1 year maternity cover.

Position Overview: Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced and motivated Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young learners, providing them with a strong foundation for future success. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child.
  • Assess and track students' progress, providing feedback and support for their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school leadership team to ensure the best educational experience for students.
  • Encourage a love of learning and a growth mindset among your students.
  • Promote the well-being and social development of students in a safe and caring classroom.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
  • A passion for education and a dedication to the growth and development of young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom.
  • The ability to inspire and engage young children in their learning journey.
