WELSH MEDIUM TEACHERS - CARDIFF & SURROUNDING AREAS
We have recently been contacted by a number of our partner Welsh Medium schools to support with their staffing needs. The schools are currently looking for Welsh Speaking Teachers and will be interested in seeing CV's for all subject specialists.
If you are a fluent Welsh speaker and hold QTS then we would welcome you to apply today.
As a dynamic Teacher you will look to add value to any school that you work in. The successful candidate will be confident enough to manage challenging behaviour and posses a clear understanding of their specialist subject's curriculum.
The Schools and Position:

- Pupils aged between 11-19
- Medium to Large sized schools

The successful Teachers and the role:
- Hold QTS status including NQT's
- Have experience of teaching through the Welsh language
- Show a passion for teaching and the capabilities to teach mixed abilities
- The understanding and the ability to work with children with challenging behaviour
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council
- The suitable candidate will have strong subject knowledge as this role does require detailed awareness of the national curriculum
- Positive record of student development, subject knowledge and classroom behaviour management skills are essential
- Full teaching responsibilities including preparation and assessment in Welsh
