Full-Time, Monday to Friday
£92.63 per day
Teaching Personnel is looking for committed and enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Bridgend. This school supports children aged 3 to 19, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working across all key stages. The school is deeply dedicated to offering high-quality learning experiences and actively involves pupils in shaping the school’s future direction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning to meet individual student needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support during lessons and daily activities.
- Promote students' academic progress as well as their social and emotional wellbeing.
- Help maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Aid in the preparation and modification of educational materials.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and SEN specialists.
Requirements:
- No formal qualifications required.
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (Teaching Personnel can help you obtain this)
- Safeguarding Level 2 (Teaching Personnel can help you obtain this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
