Start Date: September 2026 (Full Academic Year)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm
Pay: £92.63 per day (via Teaching Personnel)

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming Pupil Refferal Unit. This role is ideal for someone with a strong presence, resilience, and a passion for working with children—particularly those who thrive in active, fast-paced environments. ⚽
The Role:
- Supporting a cohort of lively and energetic group of pupils
- Helping manage behaviour in a positive, consistent, and engaging way
- Building strong relationships with pupils to encourage focus and participation
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment
- Using activity-based strategies to channel energy constructively
Ideal Candidate:
We are particularly interested in candidates with a sporty or active background who can bring energy, structure, and enthusiasm to the classroom. This role as a Behaviour Suppoirt Assistant would suit individuals with experience such as:
- Sports coaches
- PE assistants
- Youth workers
- Team leaders or mentors
- Individuals with a background in team sports or fitness
