Job Title: 1:1 Tutor (Home/School Setting)
Location: Coalville
Hours: During school hours (flexible)
Pay: Competitive (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in the Coalville area. This role involves delivering personalised, one-to-one tuition either in the pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.

You will be supporting students who may require additional academic help, helping them improve attainment, build confidence, and re-engage with their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions
• Plan and adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Liaise with parents, schools, and support staff

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring)
• Strong subject knowledge (English, Maths, or Science preferred)
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience supporting SEN or EHCP students
