Job description

Join us in May 2024 in Arnold (NG5)!

Are you passionate about education? We're the leading education agency in the UK, working closely with Nottingham Local Authorities. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic tutors to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students from May 2024 onwards.

Your role:

  • Provide essential education in Maths and English to students currently not attending school
  • Locations include local libraries, family homes, foster homes, or residential children's homes

What you'll teach:

  • Deliver curriculum content ranging from KS1 to KS4 in Maths and English

Compensation:

  • Earn £20-£30 per hour, with rates dependent on available funding

Your students:

  • Support primary and secondary age students with additional needs such as SEMH, ASD, ADHD, global delay, medical conditions, emotional difficulties, or trauma

Work schedule:

  • Commonly, 10 hours per week (2 hours per day, 5 days per week, term time only), though this varies per student

Student load:

  • Take on as many students as your schedule allows

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
