Teaching Personnel's 'Future Teachers' programme provides graduates the opportunity to gain experience in Secondary Schools across Sudbury and develop professional skills through CPD Courses and Training. You will begin your journey as a Graduate Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor, helping in a variety of roles within a school to gain skills and experience in an education environment. After successfully completing your contract, you will officially begin your teacher training.
Schools are seeking graduates who are motivated to succeed and pursue a career in teaching. You will be a reliable individual and show a real passion for education, as well as a willingness to learn. All you need is;
- A degree in Maths, or related subject - Essential
- Experience working in a school - Preferable
- Experience in Education (School/Maths Tutoring/Support) - Preferable
