Teaching Personnel are looking for a number of teaching Assistants to work in educational settings supporting children and young people with additional needs. These roles require candidates who have previous and relevent experience to support their application.

The ideal applicant will have prior experience working in the classroom and have the ability to support children and teenagers with SEN; in particular those with Autism, Asperger's, Social Emotional & Mental Health or behavioural issues.

The roles are working with children on a small group/ 1:1 basis supporting their daily timetables. The roles are full time working 8:30-3:30 5 days a week. These children need additional support and have a lot of outdoor education based learning. This will require you to drive with access to your own vehicle.

If you have worked as a sports coach/instructor or other sport related positions then we would like to hear from you too.

A DBS is required for this role which needs to be in CHild Workforce only. Additionally we request it to be on the Update Service.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
