My school is a school that provides education for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties from Years 7 to 11. The school are currently looking for up to three teaching assistant for bank staff who are available on a daily basis and available for 3+ days of teaching assistant work. Working hours are 8am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
The pupils at this school do have very challenging behaviour and so any TAs who are interested need to be able to manage verbal and physical aggression. You do not need to have experience of working within a SEN school however you do need to have experience of working in a school or setting with challenging children or adults.
The type of person who usually gets on well at this school comes from one of the following backgrounds: youth work, social work, sports, psychology, ex forces.
Hour rate of pay - £9
